Solution focussed therapy is a short term goal-focussed evidence-based therapeutic approach. It’s all about focussing on solutions rather than problems to achieve motivation and behavioural change.
You will work collaboratively with your therapists to explore what you want life to be like and then look back at your strengths and moments in life when parts of this have already happened and finding exceptions to the problem.
