Sajida has completed a Master of Clinical Psychology and is registered with AHPRA as a Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar. She works with children, families, and adults of all gender and background. Sajida works with people experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, grief and loss, complex trauma, low motivation and low self-esteem.

Sajida is informed by evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approaches alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. Sajida also conducts Intellectual (IQ), learning, and ASD assessments with clients. Sajida has previously worked in government and hospital settings. Sajida works from a client-cantered approach with people wanting to gain an understanding of their experiences and exploring their strengths and challenges.
