Rucha is a registered psychologist and holds Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Brain and Mind Sciences. Rucha has extensive experience in the public, private, corporate and not for profit sectors and remains passionate about helping her clients, providing person-centred treatment plans for each individual.
Rucha has a background of providing support to first responders, responding to critical incidents, coaching executive level professionals and providing custom training presentations to a variety of groups. In addition, Rucha has experience managing complex mental health presentations including complex PTSD, personality disorders, suicidal thoughts and self harm, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, grief and loss and anxiety disorders. She is confident in providing therapy to children, adolescents and adults.
Rucha utilises a range of therapies to construct a workable management plan for her clients. She is trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Trauma-informed therapy. Rucha strives to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for each client and provides a mix of Telehealth and face to face sessions consulting from both the Campbelltown and Moorebank locations however, is on maternity leave at present.
