Senior Psychologist & Supervisor
Natalia is registered with AHPRA and is an approved supervisor for Provisionally Registered Psychologists and has over 15 years experience working with a variety of complex mental health presentations and experience working with children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Natalia has worked in the private sector, non-government organisations and with NSW Health in various inpatient and community mental health settings, providing individual and group therapies. She has also worked with victims of crime providing specialised counselling services.
Natalia has worked with presentations including depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, complex PTSD, drug and alcohol issues, grief and loss, eating disorders, personality disorders, anxiety and adjustment, sexual and gender issues; and psychotic disorders.
She is trained in a variety of therapeutic models and employs Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MCBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour therapy (DBT) and Schema therapy in her work with patients.
Natalia consults via telehealth offering phone and video sessions.
