Senior Psychologist & Supervisor

Kathleena has been a practising psychologist since 2007 and is a board approved supervisor. She has worked across high profile government, not for profit, and private sectors. This includes working with the clinical, forensic, corporate, CALD, LGBTI and Indigenous populations. Her expertise includes the provision of: critical incident support; staff wellbeing (supporting psychological, organisational productivity, and performance); executive coaching and consultancy; mental health and/or drug and alcohol interventions (relapse prevention for addictions); grief and complex trauma counselling; and reflective practice supervision. Kathleena provides group training on a number of areas and is available for organisational consultancy.

Kathleena operates through a client-centred approach. She utilises different treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brief  Solutions Focussed Therapies, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Kathleena is committed to nurturing individuals and families to achieve and maintain their own personal wellbeing as well as utilising best practice evidence-based clinical interventions. Kathleena consults from our Moorebank and Campbelltown rooms.
