Registered Counsellor
Grace is a Registered Counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) as a clinical member. She holds qualifications in Masters of Counselling & Psychotherapy, Masters of Management & Bachelor of Health Sciences (Nursing). Grace practices as a Psychotherapist Counsellor at The Lighthouse Psychology Practice, following an extensive career in the health/medical industry. She is trained in General, Midwifery & Mothercraft Nursing, and has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry having worked with many Neuroscience & Cardiovascular medications in sales, marketing & training management roles. Grace brings a wealth of life experience, knowledge, and empathy to her role as a Psychotherapist Counsellor.
Grace is trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and is studying toward DBT credentialing with the DBT Institute of Australia. She organizes and co-facilitates the Lighthouse Psychology Practice DBT-informed skills training group program.
Grace has interests in supporting adults across the lifespan, employing therapy approaches such as Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and supports people experiencing grief and loss.
Grace provides a mix of telehealth and face-to-face/in-person sessions, consulting from our Campbelltown practice.
Grace is the Lighthouse Psychology Practice NDIS Service Co-ordinator and provides psycho-social assessments for all new & existing NDIS clients.
