Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Master of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University. She is registered with AHPRA and is a registered Medicare Australia Provider.

Emma’s non-judgmental, empathetic and collaborative approach to counselling seeks to help individuals increase their self-awareness and discover personal strengths and resources that can be used to tackle life’s challenges more effectively. A certified coach with a background in organisational psychology, Emma is also experienced with career coaching and in helping individuals to identify and work towards achieving their goals.

Emma also works as a yoga and mindfulness teacher and runs women’s circles to create spaces for women to empower each other. Emma works with adults and adolescents presenting with a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship and dating issues, low self-esteem, career transitions, stress and emotional challenges.

Emma believes in collaborating with her clients to tailor her approach to their individual needs. She utilises a range of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing and Schema Therapy. Emma consults from both our Moorebank and Campbelltown rooms however, is no longer taking new clients.
