Senior Psychologist & Supervisor
Dana holds a BA in Psychology (Macquarie University) and a Master’s in Health Science (Child & Adolescent Health) from Sydney University. She is registered with the AHPRA and is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Dana has over 15 years’ experience working in the community health and private sectors. Dana is experienced working with both children and adults, and is happy to consolidate individual therapy with couples and family interventions.
Dana’s experience includes working with clients presenting with mood and anxiety disorders, Posttraumatic Stress Disorders, and personality Disorders. Dana also has experience working with clients presenting with Autism Spectrum disorder, and currently offers formal Diagnosis and assessment of Autism using the Gold Standard assessment tools, Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), and the Autism Diagnostic Interview- Revised (ADI-R).
Dana’s therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Solution-Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT). Dana works hard to ensure clients feel comfortable in therapy, priding herself on being approachable, and affable, as well as providing a non-judgemental space in which clients may feel comfortable throughout the therapy process. Dana consults from both our Moorebank and Campbelltown rooms.
