Anna has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters in Family Therapy as well as a Diploma in Marriage Counselling. Anna has been a psychologist for over twenty years. She has worked in disabilities, schools, as well as other private sectors.
Her experience covers all ages of the spectrum from children, adolescents, couples, families, and the elderly. The range of issues presented are, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, trauma, and post traumatic stress.
Anna’s therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, (SFBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing. Anna consults from our Moorebank rooms.
