Senior Psychologist

Anastasia holds a Bachelor of Psychology and Master of Professional Psychology from Western Sydney University. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Anastasia is a Board Approved Supervisor,  an accredited Parent Child Interaction Therapist and Level two trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).

Anastasia utilises a range of evidence-based interventions such as Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Anastasia also has experience in facilitating group programs for carers such as Tuning into Kids and Tuning into Teens, and Trauma education.

Anastasia has experience in working with adults and children with complex trauma background, PTSD, developmental trauma,  anxiety disorders, ADHD, ODD, depression, dissociation, stress, intellectual disabilities, autism and Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.

Anastasia’s priority is to create a safe therapeutic space with a trauma informed approach where the client feels validated and comfortable to express their feelings assisting in the healing process. Anastasia consults from our Moorebank and Campbelltown rooms.
