
Amy Shallis, MAPS
Senior Psychologist
Amy holds a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Master of Professional Psychology from the University of Wollongong. She is registered with AHPRA and is a registered Medicare Australia Provider.
Amy has experience working with children, adolescents and their families who present with a range of difficulties including anxiety, self-harm, suicidality, depression, grief and loss, developmental and complex trauma, developmental disorders and significant challenging behaviours. Amy strives to ensure an age appropriate, friendly, safe and confidential environment where clients may feel comfortable to undertake the therapeutic process.
She utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and trauma-informed therapies. Amy strives to collaborate with each client to tailor a treatment plan that meets their needs. Amy consults from both our Moorebank and Campbelltown rooms.
